2013 Riesling from Eden Valley
 
Our 2013 Riesling is a unique opportunity to taste a Riesling with 4 years age, we crafted this wine to last. With most Riesling consumed within a year, most miss out on the opportunity to experience the depth of flavour that can come with patience. We think its drinking at its very best right now.
Elegant lemon lime flavours and aromas are intermingled with a racy acidity and lingering length of flavour. This crisp dry Riesling is crafted to be enjoyed now or aged and savoured in the future.Our winemaker Jo Irvine has skilfully crafted our Riesling to be an example of the very best that the Eden Valley can offer. Our fruit is handled very delicately from vineyard to winery to ensure a clean and true fruit flavour.
Our “Thistle & Burr” Riesling is named after our pioneering ancestor Heinrich Fiebiger and the many roles he undertook after settling in the region in 1861.
