Huon Hooke
Light, bright yellow colour with lime, spice and toast aromas - an entire posy of fresh wild-flowers. Lovely. The palate is very intense, dry and delicate, restrained, powerful and long, with a well-judged trace of grip. A promising bigger style of riesling that will be even better in a year or two.
